Studio Policies
Please review my studio guidelines before booking your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
Arrival Times
Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time as there is no seated waiting area. For security reasons, if I am the only occupant of the building then the doors will be kept locked and I will meet you at the doors a couple of minutes before your scheduled start time. This includes wet weather so please come prepared to wait outside. If there are other users, the doors may be left unlocked in which case you are welcome to wait in the foyer.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next student's appointment and the full session fee will apply.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All package sessions must also be scheduled at the time of booking. If you become unavailable for a session you have booked then you are free to reschedule (to be arranged via email) so long as it is outside of the 24 hour window before the session.
